01 . Objectives

For this project, We developed a highly complex web application for BIAT Bank, designed to streamline the management of checks and postal packages. The app is a comprehensive solution that enhances the bank’s internal processes, ensuring secure, efficient tracking and handling of financial documents and packages.

  • Create a secure and efficient system for managing checks and postal packages.
  • Automate manual processes to reduce errors and improve operational speed.
  • Provide real-time tracking and monitoring of packages from receipt to delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with banking and postal regulations, while integrating the app with the bank’s existing infrastructure.

02 .Process

  • Requirement Gathering: Worked closely with BIAT Bank’s operations team to understand their workflow, pain points, and regulatory requirements, ensuring the app’s functionality aligns with their needs.
  • Architecture & Design: Designed a scalable, secure architecture that supports high-volume transactions, detailed logging, and real-time updates on package statuses. Emphasized user-friendly UI/UX for the bank’s employees to easily manage processes.
  • Development: Built the app with robust back-end technology, integrating with the bank’s internal systems for checks, postal services, and package tracking. Employed strong encryption protocols to ensure security at every level.
  • Testing & Validation: Performed extensive testing for functionality, performance, and security, ensuring the app could handle high workloads and sensitive financial data without compromising performance or integrity.
  • Deployment & Support: Successfully deployed the app within BIAT Bank’s network and provided ongoing support, including training sessions for employees to familiarize them with the new system.
